Hello and welcome to Tim's Taxidermy Studio Website. 

My name is Tim Steen. Tim's Taxidermy Studio is a full service taxidermy studio that is both award winning and customer friendly. I also, as well as many others, have hunted and fished all my life and it had a great influence on my interest in taking up taxidermy at a very young age.

I've taken up the art of taxidermy for approx. 30+ years and have worked my way up to be a Master Taxidermist in the art by entering competitions all over Canada and the United States. As every Taxidermist knows, its the best way to judge your current work with the best and advance on things that need improvement to become the best. 

I've been honored during my career to have won numerous awards in competitions, some being:
Awarded The Best All Around Taxidermist for both Canada and USA competitions.
The Wasco award in 2000 (For Most Artist Mount).
The Polytranspar Award (highest scoring fish mount).
Best of Show Awards, First place ribbons in Waterfowl, Fish, Deerheads, Mammals.

My studio is located in Tilbury, Ontario, Canada, 35 miles east of the Ambassador Bridge connecting Windsor Ontario and Detroit, Michigan, and approximentally one and one-half hours driving west from London, Ontario Canada.

I am also a official scorer for both Boone and Crockett and FROW Canada and will measure your deer and turkeys For Free thought to possibly make the record book for all my customers mounts.

I specialize in Waterfowl and Deerheads as well as Fish and Mammals. Click on the Gallery and take a look at some of my Customer's and Competition work.
